Medication review

More clarity about your medicines

Do you take several medicines on a long-term basis? A medication review can help you check your medicines in a structured way together with a specially trained pharmacy team. We take time for your questions, discuss your medication and explain clearly what to look out for when using your medicines.

MEDICATION REVIEW

4 reasons for a medication review

More clarity

We look at your entire medication and help you keep track of your medicines.

Individual advice

You get plenty of time for your personal questions about your medicines.

Better understanding of use

We explain instructions for taking your medicines, special features and how to use them correctly.

Coordinated together

If necessary, we can pass on our recommendations in consultation with your treating doctor.

Why a medication review can be useful
As the number of medicines increases, it often becomes harder to keep track. Different times of intake, different doses or products from several treating doctors can raise questions. In a medication review, we look at your entire medication and advise you individually on how to use it.
